Below is a brief explanation of the conditions of use for buying from our website.

Prices and Payment

The prices for goods displayed on this site are Planet Craft website prices and are exclusive to web based purchases. They are inclusive of VAT at 0% (we are not VAT registered). Delivery to the U.K., Ireland, Eurozone and USA is included.

Planet Craft cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. After payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

Credit and Debit Card Payments

All card payments are processed by Worldpay. Worldpay receive a fee for the payment and this cost is reflected in the standard card processing fee (which is included in the prices quoted).

Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods are collected or posted to you.

If you wish to cancel your order you can either phone us on 01728 663771  (before 5 pm).

In some cases we may be unable to prevent your order from being dispatched to you. In this case we will arrange for your order to be collected at your convenience (see our returns and refunds policy).

General

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of us (Planet Craft).

Please ensure that you have received and checked the docket you have received before opening any filling.

We do our best to make sure colours of leather products match your expectations. Please call prior to ordering if you have any doubts. Given the artisan nature of our suppliers, we cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. All sizes quoted are generally accurate to within 5-10%.

Planet Craft does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with U.K. law and the U.K. Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

In these terms and conditions:-

"Planet Craft" means Planet Craft and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business (planet-craft.com, leatherbean-bags.com and beanbags.ie);

"We and Us" means Planet Craft either alone or together with you, as the context requires;

"Working day" means every day of the year except weekends, and English statutory and public holidays;

"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;
