Delivery is free to most U.K. address BUT we have just introduced an optional £5 surcharge to Highlands and Islands postcodes - we value all the custom from all you good folks and want to offer you the choice to pay this or not - how's that for a refreshing approach!? Obviously we'd apprceciate it but don't want it to put you off buying.  Choice is made during order process.  Things under 2 kg can be sent without the surcharge anyway (small round footstools, some hammocks).

• ONLINE: Secure payment can be taken from credit and debit cards (including Switch and Maestro) via WorldPay. We prefer debit, Switch & Maestro and offer 1% refund after the sale has been processed (this will appear as refund on your card statement).  Cheques can be made payable to "Planet Craft" and sent to: Planet Craft, 48 Cambridge Road South, Chiswick, London. Delivery

• Pouffes, footstools, rugs and throws are delivered by Parcelforce - usually on the 48 hour service.  Most beanbags are delivered by Nightfreight.  If you are not in then they will try again twice for no extra cost, then it goes to a local depot for pick-up. Please contact us if you need a special (overnight or Saturday) delivery. You can state at checkout if you want it 'left with a neighbour or something like that'.  If items are in stock they usually get to you in 2 to 5 working days of the order date but if the item isn't in stock it can take a lot longer - up to five weeks if it has to be custom-made.  Please call 0208 230 8314 or e-mail if you've any questions about delivery times.

For customers in Ireland (ROI):                                                                                    

We tried keeping postage costs the same for the UK for years but we've had to bite the bullet and add a £20 surcharge as of December 2008.  Actually, believe it or not, for anything over 2 kg, it costs us at least an extra £35 but after living in Dublin for 3 years we know how frustrating the extra postage can be so, we split it with our Irish customers, at £20 extra.  We do have ways to keep pass on a few savings though - if the item is below 2 kg (small round footstools and some hammocks for example, we'll only charge £5 extra).  RoI savings? - see below.

Payment

• Secure payment can be taken from credit cards - this can be done online or over the phone.
• If you don't want to pay online we accept both cheques and internet banking transfers (bacs) to Donnybrook NIB (95-15-15 account 11023225). Cheques can be made payable (in €) to Mr T. Waterson and sent to: Planet Craft, 48 Cambridge Road South, Chiswick, London, W4 3DA, UK.  We give a 2% discount for this method, as we save on credit card processing fees.
• We sometimes give 10% discount for beanbags if you can pick up from Capel Upholsters in Capel Street in Dublin 1 (give me a call or e-mail first to sort discount).

Delivery

• Most items like pouffes, rugs and footstools are delivered full by An Post Parcel Service.

For other E.U. countries:                                                                                       

• We accept € payments online.
• Delivery of most items costs about an extra 20% but it's best to email (toby@planet-craft.com) or call first (44 208 230 8314) and we can organize the best price for you.  Beanbags can be delivered empty for the same price as UK full price.

For all other countries:                                                 

• We accept all currencies online and Paypal payment.  They will be converted to a £ (sterling) price by our card processor (PROTX).rst though.
• We will send empty beanbag covers to Australia, New Zealand and Canada.  Prices are the same as you see online but without filling.  Prices include postage to you.  From somewhere else?  Anything possible - we aim to please!
