Ordering & Payment

• ONLINE: Secure payment can be taken from credit and debit cards (including Switch and Maestro) via SagePay. We prefer debit, Switch & Maestro and offer £1 - £5 refund after the sale has been processed (this will appear as refund on your card statement).  Or you can order online and pay by cheque or bacs.  Cheques can be made payable to "Planet Craft" and sent to: Planet Craft, 108 Shakespeare Road, Acton, London, W3 6SN  & BANK TRANSFER (bacs): to sort code 30-80-88 account 14696460. Please put your name as a reference.
• BY PHONE: If you don't want to pay online we accept payment over the phone.

Delivery

• If items are in stock they usually get to you in 2 to 5 working days of the order date but if the item isn't in stock it can take a lot longer - up to six weeks if it has to be custom-made.  Please contact us if you've any questions about delivery times. 
• Couriers: Most items sent via Parcelforce - usually on the 48 hour service.  If you're not in then they will try again twice for no extra cost, then it goes to a local depot for pick-up. Please contact us if you need a special (overnight or Saturday) delivery - it's £12 extra. You can state at checkout if you want it 'left with a neighbour (but not no. 52)', or something like that.  Under 2kg items may be sent Royalmail will leave a card if it won't go through the letterbox and you're not home.  Then you have to battle with the crowds at your Post Office to collect it. 
• Delivery is free to most U.K. addresses BUT we charge an optional £5 surcharge to Highlands and Islands postcodes - we value all the custom from you faraway folks and offer you the choice to pay this or not - how's that for a refreshing approach!? Obviously we'd apprceciate it but don't want it to put you off buying.  Choice is made during order process.  Things under 2 kg can be sent without the surcharge anyway (small round footstools, some hammocks & throws).

For customers in Ireland (ROI):                                                                                                                            

Ordering & Payment

• Secure payment can be taken from credit cards - this can be done online or over the phone.
• If you don't want to pay online we accept both cheques and internet banking transfers (bacs) to Donnybrook NIB (95-15-15 account 11023225). Cheques can be made payable (in €) to Mr T. Waterson and sent to: Planet Craft, 108 Shakespeare Road, Acton, W3 6SN. UK.  We give a small discount for this method, as we save on credit card processing fees.
• We sometimes give 10% discount for beanbags if you can pick up from Capel Upholsters in Capel Street in Dublin 1 (give me a call or e-mail first to sort discount).

Delivery

• Items are delivered (full) to your address by GLS. If you have ANY quetions please e-mail toby@planet-craft.com or call 00 44 1728 663771.  It takes about 3 - 6 working days.
• We had to bite the bullet and add a £20 surcharge.  Actually, believe it or not, for anything over 2 kg, it costs us at least an extra £35 to send to ROI but after living in Dublin for 3 years we know how frustrating the extra postage can be so, we subsidise this cost. If the item is below 2 kg (small round footstools and some hammocks for example, we'll only charge £5 extra).

For all other countries:                                                                                       

• Prices will be converted to a £ (sterling) price by our card processor (SagePay). 
• We will send empty beanbag covers to USA, E.U., Australia, New Zealand, Canada.  To try to keep things simple, prices are the same as you see online but without filling.  So, you sacrifice filling but don't pay anymore for delivery.  From somewhere else?  Anything possible - we aim to please!
