Care of Products & Safety Info
Our leather used for beanbags, cushions and footstools has been tested for relevant fire regulation standards (BS 5852: 1979.) most recently in March 2003 (Test Cert IT 540). Our fillings are all of industry standards that satisfy all relevant fire regulations. Please contact us if you need more information or copies of certification.
Leather Beanbags & Footstools
These products don't need much care. The main thing is - don't panic! You can do more damage to the leather by rubbing away with an abrasive pad than after you've spilt something than the stain itself.
It's worth checking if you've any sharp nails that stick out of old floorboards.
The only real problem is when strong sunlight fades the brown and blue colours. We have paint that is really easy to sponge on and darken up the pouffe like new again.
