Ordering & Delivery

For all U.K. customers

Payment

Secure online payment can be taken from most credit and debit cards (including Switch, Amex and Maestro). If you want to pay with American Express or Maestro card please follow these instructions:

1. Checkout as a Guest

2. Choose to pay with Paypal

3. Choose "I don't have a Paypal account" (even if you do)

4. From the dropdown menu choose American Express, or your card of choice. 

If you don't want to pay online we accept payment over the phone.

We still accept cheques.  Cheques can be made payable to "Planet Craft"; please call Tim in Suffolk on 01728 663771 to let him know.

Delivery

If items are in stock they usually get to you within 5 working days of the order date but if the item isn't in stock it can take a lot longer - up to six weeks if it has to be custom-made. Please contact us if you've any questions about delivery times.

Couriers: Most items are sent via MyHermes - and their service takes between three and five working days. If you're not in then they will try again for no extra cost, and then it will probably be returned to us. Please contact us if you need a special (overnight or Saturday) delivery - it's £15 extra.  

No signature is required, but if you are going to be out please would you leave a note for the driver suggesting where they should leave the parcel in a place you consider secure. Alternatively you can ask them to deliver to a neighbour.
 
You will receive an email notification of the progress of the parcel from MyHermes and this email gives you a 'track now' link.

Delivery is free to most U.K. addresses BUT we charge a £10 surcharge to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.  Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes carry a £5 delivery surcharge.  Things under 2 kg can be sent without the surcharge (small round footstools, some hammocks & throws).  Please call Tim in this case.

For customers in the Republic of Ireland (ROI)

Payment & Delivery

Hello Ireland! Secure payment can be taken from credit cards - this can be done online or over the phone.  Most items to the Republic of Ireland can be sent for a £20 (in fact we subsidise this service). This is the default setting on our checkout. 

Please call or email about delivery surcharges for larger items like big pouffes of beanbags.  If the item is below 2 kg (small round footstools and some hammocks for example, we'll only charge £5 extra though it is best for you to call to arrange this).

Items are delivered (full) to your address by a courier such as DPD or DHL.  If you have ANY quetions please e-mail tim@planet-craft.comft.com or call 00 44 1728 663771.  It takes about 3 - 6 working days.

For customers in all other countries

We can ship some full items such as pouffes to EU countries.  Please email tim@planet-craft.com for the cheapest shipping quote.

We will send empty beanbag covers to USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada . . or anywhere!  To try to keep things simple, prices are the same as you see online but without filling. So, you sacrifice filling but don't pay anymore for delivery. Anything possible - we aim to please.
