Returns & Exchanges

In the unlikely event you wish to return or exchange one of our products, we will try to make the process easy for you.

If you wish to return or exchange the item we will ask you either to arrange the return at your expense or we can arrange a collection from you using our carrier and we make a standard return fee charge of £10 to cover this. This return fee is increased to £20 for large beanbags (The Earl and larger).

RETURNS

When we receive the item back here we will credit your card back less this fee.  Please note that we would expect items to be returned within 10 working days of delivery.

EXCHANGES

If you are asking us to send out an alternative item we ask you to pay for the delivery charge to you of this exchange item - £10.00 for everything and £20 for the larger beanbags (The Earl and larger).

This means you need to pay an additional amount and we will send you a link to allow you to pay this sum easily, or you can pay over the phone. So, for example, if you asked us to pick up your item and replace it with another the cost would be £20 or £40 for larger beanbags. These costs reflect the actual costs we incur and don’t take into account the admin and the packaging we undertake.
