We always aim to keep everyone happy! 

If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from us you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition.  We will refund the original postage to you (included in the price) but you will be responsible for return postage BUT we can arrange collection from you (in the U.K.) by courrier that usually costs £5 to £10.  We are happy to do this and can just take this off the final refund.  The driver will bring a label and if you have the original packaging it is helpful.

Refunds will be applied straight away on receipt of the returned order but credit card refunds can take up to 4 weeks (usually sooner - depends on your credit card issuer).  We can refund or part refund any cards used or send a cheque or make a bank transfer.
