We always aim to keep everyone happy! 

If you are not satisfied with the order you have received from us you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund any unused items returned to us, as sold in their original condition.  We will refund the original postage to you (included in the price) but you will be responsible for return postage, BUT to make it easier for you, we can arrange collection from you (in the U.K.) by courrier and charge only £5 for small items and £10 for bigger beanbags.  We are happy to do this and can just take this off the final refund.  The driver will bring a label and if you have the original packaging it is helpful.

In return for this discounted return cost we just ask that you do take a little time to check the size of the item you are ordering (most returns are because beanbags turn out to be bigger than expected) and read about the items characteristics.

Refunds will be applied straight away on receipt of the returned order but credit card refunds can take up to 4 weeks (usually sooner - depends on your credit card issuer).  We can refund or part refund any cards used or send a cheque or make a bank transfer.
