RETURNS or EXCHANGES If you wish to return or exchange the item we will ask you either to arrange the return at your expense or we can arrange a collection from you using our carrier and we make a standard return fee charge of £10 to cover this. This return fee is increased to £20 for large beanbags (The Earl and larger) When we receive the item back here we will credit your card back less this fee. EXCHANGES If you are asking us to send out an alternative item we ask you to pay for the delivery charge to you of this exchange item - £10.00 for everything and £20 for the larger beanbags (The Earl and larger) This will mean you needing to pay an additional amount and we will send you a link to allow you to pay this sum easily. So for example if you asked us to pick up your item and replace it with another the cost would be £20 or £40 for larger beanbags. These costs reflect the actual costs we incur and don’t take into account the admin and the packaging we undertake. Please always call Tim before returning.
