Payment
Secure online payment are taken from credit and debit cards (including Switch and Maestro).We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
However, if you want to pay with a Maestro card please follow these instructions:
- Checkout as a Guest
- Choose to pay with Paypal
- Choose “I don’t have a Paypal account” (even if you do)
- From the dropdown menu choose American Express or Maestro.
If you don’t want to pay online please call us to place your order. We still accept cheques! Cheques can be made payable to “Lanigan’s Emporium”; please call Katie in Tunbridge Wells on

UK Delivery
How civilised! Delivery is included to most U.K. addresses BUT if you live in the more remote parts of the U.K., please call Katie only if you are ordering a large item such as a beanbag or XL mirror as there may be a surcharge. We aim to send items to our couriers in one or two working days.
Most items are sent via MyHermes and their service takes between three and five working days. If you’re not in then they will try again for no extra cost, and then it will probably be returned to us. Please contact us if you need a special (overnight or Saturday) delivery – it’s £15 extra.
If the item isn’t in stock it can take a lot longer (up to six weeks if it has to be custom-made). Please contact us if you’ve any questions about delivery times.
European Delivery (including the Republic of Ireland)
Most items can be sent for a £20 surcharge. This is the default setting on our checkout.
Please call or email about delivery surcharges for larger items like big pouffes, beanbags or large mirrors. Such items can cost a lot more to deliver.
Items are delivered (full) to your address by a courier such as DPD or DHL. It takes about 3 – 6 working days. If you have ANY questions please email katie@planet-craft.com or call us.
Worldwide Delivery
We can quote for any product to be delivered anywhere by a courier such as DPD or DHL. Please ask us for a quote. We generally will send beanbag covers (empty) to destinations such as the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada. To try to keep things simple, prices are the same as you see online. So, you sacrifice filling but don’t pay anymore for delivery. Anything is possible, we aim to please!
